1 teaspoon of Sweet Margarine , 1/2 pound of apples (Cored, Pared, and Chopped), 1/2 cup of Onions (chopped), 1/2 ounces of Shelled walnuts, 1 cup of canned ready to serve low sodium chicken soup, 3/4 ounces cheddar cheese (reduced fat) ,shredded The Making
1). Prepare a saucepan, add in the margarine and cook it until melt. Add apples, onion and walnuts. Cover the lid, Cook them at medium heat, stir it. Cook about 10 minutes until apples become soft. Let it cool. 2). Transfer the mixture into a blender. Add broth and process until smooth. Return to saucepan, stir in the cheese and cook it at low heat. Stirring until the cheese is melt which take about 2 minutes. Serve and Enjoy it. 1 1/2 cups Low fat buttermilk, 1 ounces Ground walnuts, 1/2 teaspoon of scallion (minced), 1 Garlic Clove(minced), 1/2 packet Instant chicken broth, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, Dash white pepper 1 1/2 teaspoon of fresh dill (minced). The Making
Prepare a blender, put in all the ingredients except dill. Process until smooth, then only stir in the dill. Cover and refrigerate until flavors being blend which is taken about 1 hour.
