Ingredients (6 Servings) 1 Cantaloupe, 2 cups of Orange juice, 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and Mint. The Making Clean, peel and cube the cantaloupe. Prepare a blender, mix in the cantaloupe & half cup of orange juice, process until smooth. After finish, transfer it to a bowl, Put in the lime juice, cinnamon and remaining orange juice; stir it for 5 minutes. Put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Garnish with mint before serve. Lima Bean Soup Ingredients (2 Servings) 1 Onion (chopped), 1/4 cup of Carrot (peeled and chopped), 2 teaspoons of Sweet Margarine, 1 cup of Lima Green Bean (Frozen), 1 cup of Canned chicken broth and Dash white pepper The Making Mix the onion, carrot & sweet Margarine. Put in a microwave and put at the High heat until the margarine melt(approximately 2 minutes). Add in the bean and broth. Put back to the microwave again, adjust the heat at high for about 5 minutes. Let it become cool. Transfer to blender and process it until smooth. Return to microwave for 2 minutes; stir in the pepper.
