Gazpacho-soup is a cold Spanish tomato-based raw vegetable soup, originating in the southern region of Andalusia. Gazpacho is one of summer's pleasures. Gazpacho is widely consumed throughout Spain, neighboring Portugal and parts of Latin America.Basically the typical Gazpacho-Soup is a soup made with tomato, cucumber, red and green pepper, onion, garlic, soaked stale bread, fresh parsley, olive oil, Sherry Vinegar, chilled water and salt. Let's check out. Ingredients (8 Servings)2 cups of Diced red onions, 1/2 cup of diced celery, 2 cups of diced cucumber, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1/4 cup of Red wine vinegar, 2 cups of organic vegetable juice, pinch cayenne and 1 teaspoon of Cumin The Making 1). Combine diced tomato, peppers, celery, red onions and cucumber, put them into a large bowl. Mix them up. The mixture divided into two portion and put in two bowl separately. 2). Add garlic into one of the bowls and empty into blender. Add in vinegar into the blender and process until smooth. 3). Add vegetable juice, cumin and cayenne into the blender. Blend it. Add the puree to the bowl of diced vegetables. Put into refrigerator for overnight. Garnish with lemon and cilantro. Serve.
