This is a popular and Favorite Fish-Soup of a lot of people. The important things in preparation of this soup is the fresh fish must be used and vegetables are essential to make the soup more tasty. It's simple-making, let's check out.


Homemade Fish-Soup

Ingredients

For ingredients, you need to prepare for 500g small fresh water fish head and tail, 1 kg Fresh water fish carp (sliced), 2 large Onions (chopped), 1 tablespoon of mild paprika, 1 teaspoon of Hot paprika, 1 Tomato (sliced), 1 Green pepper (sliced)

The Making

1). Prepare a soup pot, put in 500 g fish head and tail, onion, mild paprika, tomato, green pepper. Add in 1.5 liter of cold water, boil over high heat for 1 hour. After that, rub through a noodle screen. All bones shall be in the screen. This can be done one day before the soup will be on the menu.

2). Add sliced fish carp; add in salt and hot paprika to taste. Reduce heat and simmer for about 3 min until the meat is tender.

3). Deco with rings of green pepper before serve.

4). Done.

Souped up Fish

Ingredients

To prepare 1 pound of Haddock fish or cod fish or swordfish,1 cup of Canned green beans, 1 cup of Canned carrots (sliced), 1 cup of Tomato paste (or ketchup), 1 cup of water, Basil (optional item), 1 Onion soup (dry)

The Making

Blend water and soup. Add in all vegetables with fish on top. Simmer for about 10 min; turn once. Put in basil (optional item). Put fish and vegetables in oblong casserole and cover with sauce. Put into microwave for 10 minutes, turning over once. You can serve with rice or potato if you like.
