Fat Burning Soup

This soup is a fat-burning soup and it bring a EXCELLENT result if you can follow the following diet plan closely. Actually this is a very simple making soup, you can easily get all the ingredient from the markets.

Some people can lose up to 5kg in only 7 days, and some people even more. This is all depends to individual. Of course, if you are unable to follow the following closely, you will not achieve your ideal weight. Hence, Determination is one of the Ingredients :)

Ingredients for Fat Burning Soup

You need to prepare half of white cabbage, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 1 bunch of celery, 2 red carrots, 6 nos of onions, 2 nos of peppers, (Green, Red, Yellow, you can chose any from these 3 color), 1 package of onion soup mix, season with peppers, salt, parsley.

The Making

1). Prepare a soup pot, clean and cut all the above mentioned vegetables; put in the soup pot. Add in enough water to cover all the vegetables. Fast boil it for about 10 minutes. Reduce the heat and simmer it until all the vegetables are soft.

Soup already done. But, you have to follow these eating methods :

1st day

You can take all type of fruits , but, except Banana. You can drinks unsweetened tea, cranberry juice and water. Eat Soup, as much as you like.

2nd day

Today, don't eat fruits, just eat all the vegetables that you like. All the leafy green vegetables are encourage to be taken. Don't eat peas, corn and beans. You can eat the soup along with the vegetables. During the dinner, you can take a baked potato without butter.

3rd day

Today, you can eat fruits and vegetables, just mix the eating way of above mentioned 1st and 2nd day. But, no potato.

4th day

Today, you need to lesson your cravings for sweets with a lot of potassium and carbohydrates, protein and calcium. So, you need to take 8 nos of bananas and many glasses of skim milk which they are rich in that nutrients. Besides, you need to eat your soup along too.

5th day

Today, you must eat your soup at least once. Take 10-20 ounces beefs and 6 nos of tomatoes. Drink 6-8 glasses of water to wash away the citric in your body.

6th day

Today, you also required to eat your soup at least once. Take beefs and leafy green veggies. You can eat 1-2 steaks if you want. No potato today.

7th day

Finally, you can eat brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and veggies. Also, at least once today for the soup.

Remember, no Alcoholic, no bread, no Carbonated drinks, no fried food. This fat burning soup can be eaten as many as you like when you hungry.
