Vegetable Tortellini Soup Recipe Ingredients for this Diabetic Soup Recipes (3 servings)For ingredients, there are 1/2 Large onion (chopped), 2 teaspoon of Garlic (minced), 1/2 tablepsoon of olive oil, 1 1/2 cans beef stock (14.5 ounces), 1/2 can of stewed tomatoes (14.5 ounces), 1/4 cup of Picante sauce or salsa, 1/2 teaspoon of Dried basil (crushed), 4.5 ounces cheese filled tortellini, 1/2 Green bell pepper (diced), 1/8 cup of fresh grated parmesan The Making Prepare a saucepan, heat the olive oil. Add in onion and garlic; cook until tender. (about 6 minutes). Add stock, tomatoes, picante sauce and basil; bring to boil. Put in tortellini; stir it. remain uncovered, simmer for about 15 minutes. Put in pepper, continuing simmer until tortellini is tender. Sprinkle with cheese before serve. Sunny Side Chowder Ingredients for this Diabetic Soup Recipes (4 servings)To prepare 4 egg yolks, 2 1/2 tablespoon of Flour , 8 tablespoons of butter, 4 cups of milk, 2 cups of cauliflower (chopped), 2 Idaho Potatoes, Chili powder to taste, 3 Jalapenos (minced), Salt, Pepper, 10 slices of Prosciutto ham, 1/4 cup of Bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of Oiland 2 tablespoons of Cilantro (chopped) The Making 1). Mix 3 tablespoon butter and a pinch of salt and pepper into chopped potatoes. Boil at high heat for about 10 minutes. 2). Chop the cauliflower and mix the potatoes in skillet with 2 tablespoon butter. Cook at medium heat until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. 3). Add in chili powder and flour to taste. Separate eggs, discard whites, and gently roll with bread crumbs to cover. 6). Fry egg in the sauce pan with oil for about 10 seconds. Add one egg to each serving and a few tablespoon of avocado mixture, while eating break egg into soup.

Add in fresh green beans and chicken, cook for another 15 minutes until the beans are tender. 5). Serve. Garden Soup Ingredients for this Diabetic Soup Recipes To prepare 6 cups of Water, 2 cups of Tomato juice, 1 cup Potato (peeled and chopped), 1 cup of Onion (chopped), 1 cup of Lima beans, 3/4 cup of Chicken (chopped and cooked), 1/2 cup of Carrot (peeled and sliced), 1/2 cup of celery, (chopped), 2 tablespoons of Chicken bouillon granules flavored, 1 teaspoon of Garlic powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce The Making Clean, cut to bite size piece for all ingredients, put into a soup pot, Boil fast, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
