Check out these easy and tasty Crockpot-Soup Receipes Collection. They are ridiculously easy to make. I love to cook these soup in my busy life style. I just need to prepare all the ingredients and place in the crockpot for cooking. Normally, i will prepare it in the morning and the soup will be ready & served during dinner. It save my time and i just love all these soup. They are fabulous.
Vegetable Crockpot Soup Ingredients To prepare 1 package of green beans (about 10 ounces), 1 package of frozen whole kernel corn (about 10 ounces), 1 cup of onion (peeled and chopped), 1 cup of carrot (peeled and chopped), 1 zucchini (chopped), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 6 cups of vegetables or chicken or beef broth, 1 can of tomato paste (about 6 ounces), 2 tablespoons of parsley, 1 teaspoon of marjoram, 1/2 tsp of dried basil, 2 bay leaves. The Making Prepare a crockpot, place in all ingredients and cover the lid. Cook for about 8 hours over low heat / or 4 hours over high heat. You can also add your preferred pasta when cooking time is up, then cook for additional 1 hour.
Split Pea Crockpot Soup Ingredients Well, you shall prepare for 1 lb of dried yellow split peas, 2 celery stalk, 1 carrot (peeled and finely chopped), 1 medium onion (peeled and finely chopped), 2 tbsp of sweet butter, 1 tbsp of curry powder, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 tsp of salt, 3 chicken bouillon cubes, 2 qt of water. Add in flour and broth. Cook stirring until thick. Remove from heat. Prepare a crockpot, all in butter mixture and all remaining ingredients, except cream. Cover the lid and cook for about 5 hours. Chicken Noodle Crockpot Soup Hearty Soup :) Ingredients 2.5 pounds of chicken pieces, 4 cup so f water, 4 cup of chicken broth, 1 tsp of seasoned salt, 1 tsp of salt or to taste, 1/4 tsp of pepper, 1 leek or chopped small onion, 1 carrot (peeled and chopped), 2 celery stalk (chopped), 1/4 cup of parsley, 1/2 tsp of dried marjoram or basil, 1 bay leaf and 6 oz of noodles. The Making Prepare a crockpot, place in all ingredients except noodles. Cover the lid and cook for 6 hours over low heat. After 6 hours, discard bay leaf & remove chicken from pot. Remove the meat from bones, dice and return to the broth. Add in noodles and cook for about 30 minutes until noodles are done. Serve hot.
Baked Potato Crockpot Soup Wonderful aroma! Ingredients Well, you shall prepare for 5 pounds of red potatoes, 1 white onions (peeled and chopped), 2 tablespoons of chicken granules White sauce : 6 tablespoons of cornstarch, 6 cups of milk, 3/4 cup of margarine, 1.5 teaspoons of seasoned salt, 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper, 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper, 3 pounces of jar bacon bits, 1 cup of cheddar cheese. The Making Prepare a Dutch oven, place in potatoes, chicken granules and onion. Covered with water and cook until potatoes are tender. Drain water. For making of the white sauce, combine cornstarch and milk, stir well until smooth. Add in margarine, seasoned salt, red pepper and pepper. Stir constantly. Bring to boil over medium heat. Cook until thickened. Add in potatoes, bacon bits and cheddar cheese. You can make this up the day before, then put in the crockpot for several hours on low to warm up before serving.
French Onion Crockpot Soup Rich and Cheesy. Wonderful! Ingredients (6 servings)To prepare 4 large onions, 1/4 cups of butter, 1 tablespoon of flour, 6 cups of beef broth, 1 teaspoon of Tabasco, 6 slices of French bread (toasted), 6 tablespoons of shredded Mozzarella cheese. The Making Prepare a saucepan, melt butter and saute onions until soft. Blend in flour. Prepare a crockpot, place in the onion mixture. Add in beef broth and Tabasco. Cover the lid and cook for about 8 hours over low heat / or 4 hours over high heat. Ladle soup into oven-proof bowls. Top each bowl of soup with a slice of bread and shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Broil it until cheese melt.
Tomato Crockpot Soup I love this soup, because i am a tomato lover~ :) Ingredients Well, you shall prepare for 1 1/2 cups of dried baby lima beans (soaked in water for overnight), 1 large onion (peeled and coarsely chopped), 1 can of tomatoes (14 ounces), 2 cups of fresh tomatoes (chopped), 2 cups of tomato sauce (canned or homemade), 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Few shakes of Tabasco or any hot pepper sauce, chopped parsley for garnish. The Making Prepare a crockpot, place in soaked and rinsed lima beans. Add in chopped tomatoes, onions and cover with enough water. The water level should be at least 2 inches above the bean. Cover the lid and cook for about 9 hours over low heat. After 9 hours, add in seasoning and stir it. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
