I wish to share with some excellent crockpot-soup recipes here. This was sooooooooooo easy and very delicious!! I cooked it exactly as stated, and I wouldn't recommend any changes. Give a try :)


Crockpot Chicken Dumpling Soup

Very good recipe!! My very picky sister even had seconds. 6 stars soup!!!

Ingredients

To prepare 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, 2 tbsp of butter, 2 cans of condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 onion (peeled and finely chopped), 2 package of refrigerated biscuit dough (torn into pieces)

The Making

Firstly, place chicken, butter, soup and onion in a crockpot, covered with enough water. Cover the lid and cook for about 6 hours over high heat. Just add torn biscuit dough into crockpot about half an hour before serving. Done


Crock pot Ground Beef Stew

This stew makes an inexpensive and hearty meal.

Ingredients

Well, you shall prepare for 1 pound of ground beef, 6 medium potatoes (peeled and cubed), 1 package of baby carrot (about 16 oz), 3 cups of water, 2 tbsp dry onion soup mix, 1 garlic clove (minced), 1 tsp of Italian seasoning, 1 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder, 1/4 tsp of pepper, 1 can of condensed tomato soup (10.75 oz), 1 can ion Italian tomato soup.

The Making

cook beef over medium heat in a skillet until no longer pink. Prepare a crockpot, place in potatoes, baby carrot, water, onion soup mix, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, pepper and beef. Cover the lid and cook for 4 hours over high heat. Add in tomato soup and tomato paste. Cook for another 1 hour longer. Serve hot.


Split Pea Crockpot Soup Recipes

Tasty! Awesome!

Ingredients

16 oz of dried split peas, 2 cups of cooked diced lean ham, 1 cup of carrot (peeled and diced), 1 medium onions (peeled and chopped), 2 garlic cloves (minced), 2 bay leaves, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper, 5 cups of boiling water and 1 cup of hot milk.

The Making

Prepare a crockpot, place in split peas, ham, carrot, onion, garlic, bay leaves, salt, pepper, boiling water. Do not stir it. Cover the lid and cook for 5 hours over high heat. Discard bay leaves and stir in milk. Serve hot.
