Cream of Spinach Soup

This Cream of Spinach-Soup recipe was given by one of my friends. I love this soup. Rich and Creamy, simple, not complicated :) Ingredients To prepare 1.5 cups of water, 3 cubes of chicken bouillon, 1 package of frozen chopped spinach (10 oz), 3 tablespoons of butter, 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 3 cups of milk, 1 tablespoon of dried onions (minced), salt and pepper to taste. The Making Prepare a saucepan, add water, bouillon and spinach. Bring to boil until spinach are tender. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, stir in flour and cook for about 2 minutes. Slowly stir in milk. Season with minced onions, salt, pepper. Cook stirring until the soup thickened. Add in spinach mixture. Done.
