Cream of Potato Soup

This Cream of Potato-Soup was shared by one of my friend, Jo. I found this recipe a very exquisite cream, absolutely amazing. My family and I love this recipe! It has a great taste and texture is fantastic. You should give a try :)Ingredients (6 servings)Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 1 onion (chopped), 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, 4 medium potatoes (peeled and diced), 1 cup of chicken broth, 1/4 cup of parsley (chopped) or 2 tablespoons of dry parsley, 1/4 teaspoon of ground thyme, 1/4 teaspoon of celery seed, 1.5 cup of milk with 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, salt and pepper to taste. The Making Firstly, heat a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and saute onion until soft. Add in potatoes, broth, thyme, parsley, celery seed, salt and pepper to taste, cover the lid, simmer for about 15 minutes, stir constantly. Stir flour mixture and milk into saucepan. Stir well. Transfer half of the soup into blender, puree smooth. Return the puree into the saucepan. Simmer the soup again and stirring constantly until the soup thickened.
