Cream of Potato Soup Recipe

Cream of Potato-Soup Recipe is known to be a comfort soup. I believe the following tasty soup recipe will please you and your families. Ingredients (4 servings)To prepare for 50 grams butter, 2 onion (sliced), 1 leek (sliced), 900 gram of potatoes (sliced), 900ml chicken stock, 450 ml milk, 150 ml single cream, seasoning : Salt and pepper to taste. For garnish : fresh chives
The Making 1). Prepare a saucepan, melt butter and saute onions, leek and potatoes for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in stock and seasoning. Cover and simmer for about 40 minutes. 2). Remove from heat, let it cool for awhile, then puree in a blender. Transfer back the soup into the saucepan. Add in milk and heat again. Serve hot with cream and garnish with chives. Yummy!
