Cream Of Mushroom Soup Recipe

I wish to share with you this delicious and simple-making Homemade Cream Of Mushroom-Soup Recipe. Excellent!

Ingredients

(6 servings)

For ingredients, you need prepare for 5 cups of fresh mushroom (sliced), 1 1/2 cup of chicken stock, 1/2 cup of  onion (chopped), 1/8 teaspoon of dried thyme, 3 tablespoon of butter, 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1 cup of half and half, 1 tablespoon of sherry

The Making

Prepare a saucepan, put in mushroom, chicken stock, onion, thyme; cook for 10-15 minutes, until tender. Puree the above mixture in a blender; leaving some chunks of veggies in it. Put aside. Melt the butter in saucepan, stir in flour until smooth. Add salt, half & half, pepper and vegetable puree. Stirring. Boil the soup until thickened. Add seasoning to taste. Finally, add sherry. Serve.
