Here to tell you how to cook Easy Cream of Crab-Soup. Simple, Quick Making, Tasty Soup!Ingredients (4 servings)Well, you shall prepare 1 cup of onion (chopped), half cup of celery (chopped), 1 stick real butter, 1 pinch of black pepper, 1 pinch of garlic powder, 1/2 cup of chicken stock, 14 o), 4 cup of whole milk, Cornstarch and water for thickening. The Making Firstly, prepare a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, saute celery, onion and pepper until onion is soft. Add in chicken stock, crab and milk, bring to boil. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix in cornstarch and water, stir well until cornstarch is dissolve completely. While the soup almost boiling, stir in the cornstarch mixture to desired thickness. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
