Cream of Chicken Soup

Ingredients For ingredients, you need to prepare for 3 cups of cooked chicken (cubes), 1 potato (cubed), 1 small onion (diced), 3 carrots (chopped), 3 stalk celery (chopped), 1/4 cup of sweet corns, 3 green onions (chopped), 0.5 cup of cream or half & half, 1 tablespoon of margarine, 1/4 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of warm water, 5 cups of chicken broth, parsley, salt and pepper. The Making Firstly, precook the chicken cubes. Prepare a saucepan, heat margarine and saute onions for 1 minute. Add in chicken, chicken broth and bring to boil. Meanwhile, prepare a small bowl, mix in flour and warm water, stir well until the flour dissolve completely. Stir in the flour mixture into soup, add in all remaining veggies, season with parsley, salt and pepper to taste, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add in cream and serve hot. Yummy!
