Cream of Celery Soup

A fabulous and easy Cream of Celery-Soup that even people who don't like celery will love!Ingredients For ingredients, you need to prepare for 1 cup of celery (diced), 1 cup of salted water, 1/3 cup of onion (chopped), seasoning : salt and pepper to taste For Bechamel, you need to prepare 2 tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pinch of white pepper and 3 cups of milk The Making 1). Boil salted water, add in celery and onion, simmer for 15 minutes until tender. Reserve water & vegetable. 2). Meanwhile, you can prepare bechamel. 3). For preparation of bechamel, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add in flour, salt and pepper; stir well. Add in milk and heat over high heat. Stir constantly until soup thickened. 4). Mix in reserve vegetables and cooking water in bechamel. Reheat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5). Serve hot. Yummy!
