Cream of Cauliflower Soup

If you are looking for a quick soup recipe with plenty of flavor, give this creamy Cream of Cauliflower-Soup Recipe a try. You can add a salad or some fresh bread and you have a meal.Ingredients (4 servings)Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup of onion (peeled and chopped), 3 cups fresh cauliflower (chopped coarsely), 1 can of condensed chicken broth (10 ounces), 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 2.5 cups of milk, 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese, seasoning : salt and pepper, chopped parsley, buttered croutons (optional item). The Making Prepare a saucepan, melt butter. Saute onion until soft. Add in cauliflower and chicken broth. Cover the lid and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare a small bowl, mix in flour and milk, stir well. Add flour mixture into soup. Cook stirring over medium heat until the soup are thickened. Remove from heat and add cheese and stir it until the cheese is melted. Add seasoning to taste. Garnish with parsley and serve with buttered croutons (optional item). Let's Check Out The Making of Buttered Croutons~ Prepare 1 1/2 cups of bread cubes and 2 tablespoons of butter. Preheat the oven at 350 F. Toss bread cubes in butter. Baked for 8 minutes.
