Cream of Broccoli Soup

Simple and delicious Cream of Broccoli-Soup Recipe. I used half and half instead of whole milk and it was nice and creamy. Absolutely fantastic taste, texture and prep. Highly recommend!
Ingredients Well, for ingredients, please prepare 1 tbsp of butter, 1 cloves garlic (peeled and minced), 2 celery (chopped), 2 carrots (peeled and finely chopped), 1 onion (peeled and diced), 3/4 tsp of dried rosemary, 2 cups of chicken stock, 2 potatoes (peeled and cubes), 2 tomatoes (chopped), 2 tbsp of tomato paste, 3 tbsp flour, 3 cups of milk, 1 cup of broccoli (chopped), 2 cups of fresh spinach (chopped), seasoning : Salt and pepper to taste. The Making Heat a pot, melt butter, saute garlic, onions, celery, carrots and rosemary for 5 minutes until soft. Add in stock and potatoes. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for another 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Stir constantly. Add in tomatoes and tomatoes paste, cook stirring well for 5 minutes. Whisk the flour into milk and stir slowly into the pot. Add in broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes until broccoli is soft. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Add seasoning to taste. You can also use the low fat milk :)
