Cream of Broccoli Soup

Transfer the soup into a blender, puree until smooth. Return to saucepan, add milk and heat through over low heat. Done.

Ingredients 1 small package of cut frozen broccoli, 1 package of cream cheese (about 8 ounces), 1/2 block Velveeta cheese and 2 cans of evaporated milk. The Making Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add milk and cheese until cheese is melted. You can add more milk if you like thicker soup. Add broccoli and simmer until broccoli are tender.
