Cream of Asparagus Soup

I've made this superb Cream of Asparagus-Soup for so many times. My boy friend just loves this soup. You must try!!! Let's make this Rich and Creamy Soup by today. That is very easy! Ingredients (5 servings)To prepare 3/4 cup of water, 1 pound of asparagus (chopped), 1 cup of light cream, 1/4 teaspoon of dill weed (optional item), 2 tablespoons of butter, 3/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. The Making Boil water including salt. Add asparagus pieces and cook for 6 minutes until tender. Transfer the boiled water and asparagus into a blender. Puree smooth. Blend in cream, pepper and dill weed. Return to pan and heat through over low heat. Add in butter. You may serve now ~~
