Here are some Easy Making & Tasty Cold-Soup Recipes that i wish to share with you. Try them out. They are the BEST soup to be served in summer! :)
Orange Cantaloupe Cold Soup Recipes Ingredients (4 servings)Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 1 cantaloupe, 2 cups of water, 1 can of frozen orange juice concentrate (undiluted), 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/8 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp of ground mace, 2 tbsp of cornstarch The Making Cut the cantaloupe into half and discard seed. Scoop balls from one half with a melon baller, set aside. Scrape out remaining pulp, reserve. Peel other half and cut into chunks. Prepare a blender, mix in the chunks and reserved pulp, puree until smooth. Add in 1 cup of water, orange juice, cinnamon, mace and salt. process for another 5 seconds. remove to a bowl. Prepare a saucepan, pour in 1 cup of water and cornstarch, stir well until dissolved completely. cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Gradually stir in the cantaloupe mixture. Remove from heat and add melon balls. Put into refrigerator and chilled thoroughly.
Peach Wine Cold Soup Recipes Ingredients (4 servings)To prepare 2 lbs of peaches, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of dry white wine, 1 tbsp of finely grated lemon peel. The Making Firstly, you shall blanch the peaches in hot water, drained. Chilled enough to handle before removing the skin. Cut into half, remove pits and sliced, set aside. Prepare a sauce pan, combine water and sugar, bring to boil for few minutes until sugar dissolved completely. Remove pan from heat and add in peaches. Let it cool for a while and transfer to a blender, puree until smooth. Add in wine and lemon peel. Chill it and serve cool.
Summer Cucumber Cold Soup Recipes Ingredients (10 servings)Well, you shall prepare for 1 cup of chicken broth, 1/4 cup of onions (peeled and chopped), 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp of grated lemon peel, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of dillweed, 1/8 tsp of garlic powder, 1 cup of non fat plain yogurt, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 lemon (sliced), 1 cup of cucumber (peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped) The Making Prepare a blender, mix in chicken broth, onion, lemon juice, lemon peel, dillweed, salt, garlic powder, puree until smooth. Add in sour cream and yogurt and puree until smooth. Add in cucumber, just pulse it when finely chopped. Put the puree into the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Garnish with sliced lemon before serve.
Blueberry Mango Cold Soup Recipes Ingredients 6 cups of fresh or frozen blueberry, 3/4 cup of sugar, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of ground cardamom, 3/4 cup of mango puree and 1 cup of Muscatel, ice wine or honey wine. The Making Prepare a saucepan, mix in blueberries, sugar, lemon juice and cardamom. Bring to boil over medium heat for about 8 minutes until sugar are dissolved completely. Remove pan from heat and let it cool for awhile. Transfer soup to a blender, puree until smooth. Remove puree from blender, add in mango puree and wine. Strain mixture through a fine sieve and chilled. Serve cool.
Carrot Cold Soup Recipes Ingredients To prepare 3 cups of carrots (peeled and sliced), 2 cups of potatoes (peeled and sliced), 3 cans of clear chicken broth, 1 small onions (peeled and slice), 2 bay leaves, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1 container non fat plain yogurt (about 8 ounces), 3-4 green onions (use green part only - chopped) The Making Firstly, prepare a pot, place in carrot, potatoes, broth, onion, bay leaves and cumin, bring to boil for about 20 minutes. Discard bay leaves. Remove pot from heat and let it cool for awhile. Transfer soup to a blender and puree until smooth. Chill and garnish with green onion and yogurt before serve.
Strawberry Cold Soup Recipes (5 servings)Ingredients To prepare 1 quart of fresh strawberry (hulled), 1 quart of strawberry or vanilla ice cream (softened), 1/2 cup of whipping cream and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. The Making Combine all the above mentioned ingredients into a bowl. Stir well. Transfer mixture into a blender, puree until smooth. Chill it.
Curried Green Pea Cold Soup Recipes Ingredients Well, you shall prepare for 1 cup of frozen green peas (baby one is better), 1 medium onion (diced), 1 carrot (peeled and sliced thinly), 1 potatoes (peeled and sliced thinly), 1 celery stalk (sliced), 1 clove garlic (minced0, 1 teaspoon of curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 12 ounces of chicken stock, 1.5 cup of milk. The Making Prepare a saucepan, heat olive oil, saute carrot, onion, potatoes, celery, garlic, salt and curry until wilted. Add in chicken stock, simmer for about 15 minutes. Add in green peas. Transfer soup into a blender and puree until smooth. Add in milk and put into refrigerator to chill it. Serve cold.
