I love chocolate so much and i love the chocolate-soup as well. This soup recipe was given by my friend, melissa. Thanks Melissa. The taste of this soup is really great. I believe that you will love this soup too, especially those chocolate-lover :) Ingredients To prepare bittersweet chocolate (chopped) - 10 oz, 4.5 cups of whole milk, 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1 Vanilla bean (split and scraped), 5 tablespoon of cornstarch, 5 tablespoon of cold water. For garnish : fresh raspberries, mint leave, mini chocolate biscotti (Optional items)
The Making 1). Heat a saucepan over medium heat, add in whole milk, vanilla beans & sweetened condensed milk. Bring to boil; stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let it steep for 20 min. Strain and return to the pan. (Rinse and dry the vanilla bean and reserve for other usage if you want) 2). Mix Cornstarch and water in a bowl, stir well. 3). Place the pan over low heat, add in & whisk chocolate until melt. Add in the Cornstarch mixture a little at a time, whisking constantly for 5-7 minutes until soup is thick & smooth. 4). Garnish the soup with fresh raspberries, mint leave or mini chocolate biscotti before serve (optional). Yummy!
