Chicken Soup Diet Recipe

This Chicken-Soup Diet Recipe are widely used by a lot of people in many countries to trim down their weight. That is because this Chicken Soup Diet Recipe is easy making and delicious. You can eat this low-fat soup as much as you like for all day long. Let's check out :

Ingredients

1). Olive oil - 2 tablespoon, 
2). Parsnips, cut into 1cm pieces - 1 pound 
3). Celery sliced, 4 ribs
4). Tumid, cut into 1cm pieces - 1 (about 3/4 pound) 
5). Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped - 1
6). Garlic, chopped - 1 tablespoon
7). Salt - 2 teaspoon
8). Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
9). Chicken stock, low sodium - 16 cups
10). Chicken - 7 cans (Each can contained 5 ounces) or 5 cups of fresh chicken (cooked) - 1.5 pound
11). Carrot, frozen - 1 bag (16 ounces)
12). Broccoli florets - 1 box (10 ounces)
13). Frozen collard greens, chopped - 1 bag (10 ounces)
14). Frozen onion, chopped - 1.5 cups
15). Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
16). Fresh dill - 1/4 cup or dried dill - 1 tablespoon

The Making of Chicken Soup Diet

1). Prepare a large soup pot, put on medium heat to heat the olive oil. Add in the above ingredients (item 2-8). Cook until all the veggies become tender (about 15 minutes).

2). Add in the above ingredients (item 9-14). Boil it fast, Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

3). Serve

In this Diet Plan, you are advisable to be taken one breakfast per day, and you can eat the soup for lunch and dinner. No other food during lunch and dinner. That is because breakfast can give you a perfect nutritional balance.You can choose any breakfast from the following :

Option 1

1/2 bowl of fruit salad, sprinkled with wheat germ and 1 cup of non-fat yogurt (Vanilla flavour)

Option 2

1 cup of ricotta cheese and a dash of cinnamon & 
2 pieces of toasted bread &
3 dried figs

Option 3

1.5 cups Total cereal &
0.5 cup non-fat milk &
0.5 cup orange juice

Option 4

0.5 cup prune juice & 
1 small whole - wheat bagel, topped with 1 ounce of fat free cheddar cheese melted

Option 5

1.5 cups cooked wheatena cereal & 
0.5 cup non-fat milk

You can follow this healthy diet plan for long term if you like, until you achieve your ideal weight.
