Cheddar Cheese Soup

This Cheddar-Cheese Soup Recipe was given by my best friend, Melissa. Thanks, mel. We like this recipe in our house, the only thing I do differently is add some frozen mixed vegetables. It's a great weeknight dinner when you're in a hurry and perfect for cold winter nights.
Cheddar Cheese Soup

Ingredients Well, you shall prepare for 1/2 onions (Peeled and sliced), 1/2 cup of butter, 2 cup of water, 4 cups of chicken broth, 4 cups of milk, 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 jar of cheese whiz (about 15 oz), 4 cups of mild cheddar cheese, 2 cans of white potatoes (optional item) The Making Melt butter in a pan, saute onions for 5 minutes until soft. Add in chicken broth, water, milk and potatoes. Bring the soup to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, add in cheese whiz, cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Stir cooking it until fully melted. Add in white flour to thickened the soup and topping with cheese before serve. Serve Hot. Enjoy!
4 Cheese Soup This soup is comprising 4 type of cheese. The mixture of these 4 type of cheese brought great flavor! This Soup is Very Special. I Love this soup very much!! Wonderful aroma!

Ingredients (6 servings)Well, you shall prepare for 3/4 cup of grated Provolone Cheese, 3/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan, 3/4 cup of grated Mozzarella, 3/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, 1 medium leek (using green part only - chopped), 4 cups of chicken stock, 1 medium potato (peeled and diced), 1/2 cup of finely chopped carrot, 2 cups of half and half, croutons. The Making Prepare a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Saute leek for 5 minutes until tender. Pour in soup, carrot and potatoes, bring the soup to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 25 minutes. Stirring constantly. Transfer soup to a blender or food processor, puree until smooth. Return to pan, add half & half, simmer for few minutes. Add in all cheese and stir until melt. Sprinkle with croutons.
