I have a great Carrot-Soup Recipe to share with you. This recipe is not only healthy, it is tasty & easy-making too. It will be perfect if you eat along with your dinner :)Carrots can be eaten in a variety of ways. A single carrot will supply all your vitamin A needs for the whole day. Carrot is energizing and antiseptic. Eating carrots will encourage healthy skin, hair, bones, eyesight and will also cleanse the body. Let's check out. Ingredients For preparation of ingredients, that is so simple because only few ingredients are needed, they are 3 cups of carrots (peeled and coarsely chopped), 3 cups of chicken stock, 1 small onion (finely chopped), 6 tablespoon of butter, 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream or milk. For seasoning, 2 teaspoon of curry powder, salt and pepper to taste shall be prepared. For garnishing, parsley shall be used. The Making Prepare a saucepan, melt butter, saute onion for 5 minutes. Add in carrots and cook for another 5 minutes. Add stock and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat until carrot all tender. Puree the soup in a blender, put through a strainer. Return the soup to the pan and whisk in milk or heavy cream. Add in seasoning to taste. Garnish with parsley before serve. Happy Cooking! :)
