Lemon Chicken Noodle Soup Recipes

Ingredients

Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 1/2 cup (125 mL)uncooked dry egg noodles, 2 (8 ounces / 250 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2/3 box (600 ml), CAMPBELL'S® Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup (250 ml), celery (thinly sliced), 1 cup (250 ml) carrot (cut into half moons), 2 tablespoon of (30 ml)lemon juice, 1 clove garlic (finely chopped), 1/4 tsp (1 ml)dried oregano leaves (crushed), 1 tablespoon of (15 ml)chopped fresh parsley

The Making

Cook noodles according to package directions, in salted water, until tender but still firm (al dente). Drain and set aside.

Heat small quantity of oil and brown chicken over medium heat. Remove chicken. Add chicken broth, celery and carrot and heat to a boil. Dice chicken.

Stir in chicken, noodles, lemon juice, garlic and oregano leaves. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stirring frequently. Add in parsley and serve.


Campbell's Golden Chicken

Ingredients

To prepare 2 pounds of boneless chicken breasts (skinned), 2 tablespoons of salad oil, 1 cup of sliced carrots, 1/2 cup of peeled and chopped onion, 1 can golden mushroom soup & 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg

The Making

Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken. Discard fat. Pour in all remaining ingredients. Cover the lid and simmer for about 45 minutes. Stir constantly. You can serve with rice or noodles.


Easy Campbell Soup Recipes

Ingredients

(4 servings)

To prepare 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of milk, 4 cup of thinly sliced potatoes, 1/2 cup of peeled & thinly sliced onions, 1 cup of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon of butter

The Making

Blend soup, milk and dash of pepper. In buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions, soup mixture and cheese. Dot top with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer until cooked.


Easy Campbell's Rejuvenate Soup

Ingredients

To prepare 1 (14 ounces) can Swanson's low sodium beef broth, 1 (5.5 ounces) can Campbell's tomato juice and 1/2 package of Miso Cup soup with seaweed

The Making

Stir all together in a shaker or bowl. Pour into microwavable serving cups and heat 1-2 minutes and serve. You also can substitute V-8 for tomato juice.

Miso Cup soup comes in packets. It contains freeze-dried fermented soy beans and seaweed and is available in the health food section.


Roast Beef Soup

Ingredients

To prepare 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup, 1 package of Hormel pre cooked roast beef au jus, 1 can peas and 1 package wide egg noodles

The Making

Cook noodles to desired tenderness. Fix meat according to package directions. Return noodles to pan. Add peas, meat and soup. Heat over low heat.


Chicken and Spinach Tortellini Campbell Soup Recipes

Ingredients

To prepare 2 (8 ounces / 250 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed), 1 tablespoon (15 ml), vegetable oil, 1 box (900 ml), CAMPBELL'S® Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 2 cups (500 ml), packed & chopped fresh spinach, 1 large, coarsely chopped tomato, 1 stalk celery (sliced), 1 1/4 cups (300 ml), frozen or refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini, 1 clove garlic (minced), 1/4 teaspoon of (1 mL) dried oregano leaves, crushed, 1/8 teaspoon of (0.5 ml) and ground black pepper

The Making

Heat oil in saucepan and brown chicken. Add broth and vegetables. Bring to boil and stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until cooked.
