Frankly, i am rely on this effective Cabbage-Soup Diet Plan to keep my ideal weight all this while. You know, i can lose up to 4.5kg in only 7 days. Ingredient You need to prepare : 6 big onions, 2 medium size peppers (you can choose green, red or yellow colour), 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (diced), 3 medium carrots (peeled and diced), 1 container with 10 oz of mushrooms,1 bunch of celery, 1/2 cabbage (medium size), 1 package Lipton soup mix, 1 or 2 cubes of chicken / beef bouillon (optional item, depends on your self preference), 1 can V8 juice contained of 48 ounces (optional), seasoning: salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc. (add to suit your taste) The Making 1). Prepare all the vegetables - green pepper, celery, cabbage, carrot, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms and put into a soup pot. Use your favorable beef or chicken bouillon cubes for seasonings. These have all the salt and flavors you will need. Use about 12 cups of water (or 8 cups and the V8 juice), cover and heat the soup at "low". Let soup cook for a long time - about two hours works well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. We are done. Very simple, is it? Everyone can make it!
