Ingredient
Please prepare for 1/2 cabbage, 6 large sized onions, 2 peppers (Green, Red or Yellow, you can choose your prefer one), 1 to 2 cans of tomatoes (diced), 3 big Carrots, 1 Container consist of 10 oz Mushrooms, 1 bunch of celery, 1 package Lipton soup, 1 to 2 cubes of chicken/beef bouillon (optional item), seasoning : salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.
The Making
1). Clean and cut all the vegetables into a bite size piece. Secondly, put all the vegetables into a soup pot. Then, slice mushrooms into thick slices, add into the same pot. Use about 12 cups of water, cover the lid, and put heat on low. Cook the soup for a long time - two hours will do. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Our suggestion : You can use beef or chicken bouillon cubes for seasonings which subject to your preferences.
