7 Day Cabbage Soup Diet
plan. you are advised just to follow only 7 day at a time, with at least 14 days in between.
Ingredients 6 green onions, 2 peppers (you can choose green, red or yellow colour) , 1 or 2 cans of diced/ or whole tomatoes, 3 carrots peeled and iced, 1 container of mushrooms with 10 ounces, 1 bunch of celery, 1/2 head of cabbage, 1 package Lipton soup mix, 1 or 2 cubes of chicken or beef bouillon (this is optional item), 1 can V8 juice with 48 ounces (this is optional), seasoning: salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc. The Making 1). Slice green onions, put in a big soup pot and start to saute with cooking spray. Cut the peppers & cabbage into bite size pieces and add into the pot. Peel carrots, cut into bite size piece, celery and tomatoes add to same soup pot. Slice mushrooms and add to pot. Add a small amount of curry or cayenne pepper now if you like. 2). For seasoning, you can use chicken or beef bouillon cubes. These have all the salt and flavors you will need. Using 12 cups of water (or 8 cups and the V8 juice), cover it and put heat on "low". Cook for 2 hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Maintain eating this soup for 7 days, you will definitely see the amazing result. Try out more our diet recipe,
