Ingredients For ingredients, you need to prepare 1 cabbage, 2 green peppers, 2 large green onions, 1-2 Diced tomatoes, 1 bunch of celery, 1 package Lipton onion soup mix, 1 chicken broth & 1 liter of water.
The Making
1). Cut all the vegetables and put into a pot. Cover the vegetables with water (1 liter). Cover the lid and fast boiling for 10 minutes. After 10 min, reduced to simmer heat and continue cooking. Cook till all vegetables become tender. Season to taste with peppers, salt, etc. (p/s: no sugar)(Other than Lipton onion soup mix, you can also use 1-2 low sodium cubes - no salt)
