Ingredients

The Making
1). Clean and cut cabbage, onion, peppers, celery, tomatoes and put into a soup pot. Cover the all the vegetables with 1 liter of water. Cover the lid and boiling it for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, reduced the heat to simmer and continuing cook it. Cook till all veggies become very tender. Season to taste with salt, peppers, etc. (Besides Lipton onion soup mix, you can also use 1-2 low sodium cubes - no salt)
