Ingredients for Cabbage Soup Recipe

You need to prepare 6 diced onions, 2 diced peppers, 2 canned diced tomatoes, 3 peeled and cubed carrots, 1  container of mushroom which shall contain of 10 ounces, 1 bunch of celery, 1 cabbage, 1 package of Lipton soup mix, 2 cubes bouillon (optional items), 12 cups of water or 1 canned of  V8 juicecontaining of 48 oz (optional item), seasoning : salt, pepper, curry, garlic powder, etc to taste

The Making

1). Clean, cut all the veggies in bite size piece. Prepare a soup pot, put in all the above mentioned ingredient, cover, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours until all veggies are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Done.

To reach your ideal weight FAST, you are recommended to follow the following eating method closely. If you do not cheat, you will lose up to 17 lb in only 7 days. Amazing? Check out :

Day 1

Soup & Fruit only but no bananas. Drink water, unsweetened teas, cranberry juice only.

Day 2

Soup and vegetable only. Eat a baked potatoes without butter during dinner.

Day 3

Soup, fruit and vegetable only. No baked potato.

Day 4

8 Bananas and 6 glasses of skim milk. Eat along with soup. No baked potato.

Day 5

20 oz beef and 6 tomatoes. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water. Eat along with soup. No baked potato.

Day 6

2 steak and vegetable. Eat along with soup. No baked potato.

Day 7

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and veggies. Eat along with soup.
