Let's check put this fantastic soup recipe: Ingredients (Serving : 8)For ingredients, you need to prepare for 2 cups of cooked black beans, 3 cups of vegetable stock, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 chopped small red onion, 1/2 teaspoon of back pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 cup of chopped carrots, 1/2 cup of chopped celery, 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup of diced potato (Don't peel), 1/4 cup of sage (finely chopped), 1 cup of rosemary (finely chopped) and 1/4 cup of thyme (finely chopped) The Making Firstly, prepare a soup pot, heat oil, saute onion, salt and pepper until onion become translucent. Add in tomato, carrot, celery and potato and saute for 5 minutes. Add in stock, cover, simmer until all veggies are tender. After that, add in beans, parsley, sage and thyme, cook for 10 minutes. Done Parsley, rosemary, sage and thyme will bring a fresh green taste to this soup :)
