Beef Vegetable Soup

This Beef-Vegetable Soup Recipe was given by my beloved grandma and this soup is one of my favorite soup. Let's check out this Delightful Homemade Soup! :)
Ingredients To prepare 1 pound of lean ground beef, thin vermicelli spaghetti or macaroni, 1 can of kernel corn (drain ), 2 cans of tomatoes, 1 can Veg-all (drain), 1 can peas (drain), 2 large onion (peeled and diced), 6 medium potatoes (peeled and cubed), seasoning : garlic, pepper, salt, season-all & just a dash of Mrs. Dash The Making Prepare a saucepan, brown ground beef and onions, drain. In another container, boil potatoes, spaghetti or macaroni. Drain potato mixture, pour into a large soup pot with beef and onions. Add in tomatoes, corn, veg-all and peas. Add seasoning and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot. Wonderful aroma!
Here to share with you another tasty and easy making beef soup recipe : Beef Vegetable Soup With Barley Ingredients For the ingredients, you shall prepare for 2 of 1 inch thick beef shank sections (that is about 1.5 - 2 pounds), 2 cans of mushrooms, 1/4 cup of onion (finely chopped), 8 bouillon cubes, about 6 - 8 cups of water, 1 bag of frozen mixed vege, 1/4 cup of pearl barley, 1/2 tsp celery salt (or 1/2 tsp. salt + 1/2 cup chopped celery), 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp kitchen bouquet or other browning sauce, tarragon, thyme, garlic to taste. The Making Firstly, you shall trim the meat from the bones, and then cut it into small cubes. Heat a skillet over medium low heat, brown the meats. Add in onions & mushrooms and sauté until onions are starting to toast. Pour in 6 cups of water and bouillon cubes. Add in mixed vegetables, ketchup and seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Finally, add in barley, simmer for another 1 hour. Serve.
