Looking for Beef-Soup Recipes? I wish to share with you some of the delicious beef soups from my secret recipes :)

They can be cooked in many methods, the following methods is a simple-making method & they are really a wonderful soup! Check it out and cook for your friends and families, i am sure that they will be love it very much.


Beef and Porter Stew

Ingredients

(8 servings)

1/4 cup of Vegetable oil, 2.5 pound of beef chunk (cut into 2cm pieces), 3 tablespoon of butter, 1 onion (diced), 2 bottles beers (Porter ale) (12 oz),  1/2 cup of flour , 2 cups of low sodium beef broth, 1/4 cup of tomato paste, 3 Carrot (diced), 3 Parsnips (diced), 2 stalk celery (diced),3 Red Bliss potatoes, (peeled and diced), seasoning : salt and pepper to taste

The Making

1). Prepare a soup pot, heat oil over medium heat. Season beef. Brown meat well. Cook for about 8 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Melt butter in the pot, add in onion & celery; cook for about 15 min. Sprinkle the flour onto the onion. Stir well; stir constantly while cooking; cook for about 2 min. Mix paste & broth; stir well to dissolve paste. Add to soup pot including beer. Stir well scraping up brown bits from bottom of pan. Add in all veggies and beef. Cover the lid, simmer for about 2 hours. Season to taste. Serve

The following soup is perfect for cold winter season.


Apple Beef Soup

Ingredients

1/2 pound of eye of round toast  (cut into 2cm pieces), 1 apple (peeled and cut into chunks),  1 cup of water , 1/2 tablespoon of butter, 1 onion (quartered), 1 tablespoon of all - purpose flour, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of apple juice, 1 bay leaf, 1 whole allspice, 1 whole clove, 1 carrot (peeled & sliced)

The Making

Prepare a soup pot, heat butter over medium heat. Add in onion; cooked until soft which is about 2 minutes. Add in salt & flour. After that, add in water and apple juice. Boil it. Cook and stir constantly until thickened which is about 2 min. Put in bay leaf, allspice and clove in a cheesecloth bag, add to soup pot. Reduce heat and simmer until all meat are tender which is about 1 - 1.5 hours. Add in carrots and apples, simmer for another 15 min. Discard spice bag and thicken with additional flour if necessary.Serve and Enjoy :)
