Barley Beef Soup Recipes

Ingredients (8 servings)Well, for ingredients, you need tp prepare for 2 pounds of meaty beef shank bones, 1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz), 1 cup of diced turnips or rutabaga, 1.5 cups of diced carrots, 1 cup of diced celery, 1 cup of diced onion, 1/3 cup of pearl barley, 2 cups of water, 1 quart of beef broth, 1 dash of garlic powder, seasoning : salt and pepper to taste The Making Prepare a soup pot, put in beef, broth and water; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 - 2 hours. Add barley and simmer for another 30 min. Add veggies & diced tomato & garlic powder. Cover the lid and simmer for another 45 min. Chop meat and discard the bones, return the meat to the broth and add seasoning to taste. Serve.
Vegetable Beef Soup Recipes

Ingredients For this the ingredients of this soup, you need to prepare 2 pounds of beef soup bones with meat (shanks), 7 cups of water, 1 can of canned condensed beef broth (10.5 oz), 3/4 cup of chopped onion, 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper, 1 cup of carrots (sliced), 1 bay leaf, 2 cans of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz each), 3/4 cup of celery (chopped), 2 cups of shredded cabbage, 1/2 cup of fresh cut green beans, or frozen,1 1/2 cups of diced raw potato, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp of salt The Making Cube meat, discard fat. Put into a soup pot with bones, water salt, broth, celery, onion, pepper and bay leaf. Cover the lid and simmer for about 3 hours. Add remaining ingredients, simmer for another 45 min. Add seasoning to taste. Discard bay leaf. Serve.
Beef Soup Recipes With Noodles Ingredients (4 servings)To prepare 1 pound of lean ground beef, 1 onion (chopped), 1 canned cream of celery soup (10.5 oz), 1/2 cup of frozen green peas, 1 cup of V8 juice, 1 cup of Beef bouillon, 1/4 teaspoon each for dried basil & marjoram, 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley,1/8 teaspoon of ground black pepper - 1/8 tsp, 1 bay leaf , 1 cup of uncooked medium egg noodles (about 2 oz)
The Making In a Dutch oven, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain off fat. Add in cream of celery soup, peas, bouillon, V8 juice, parsley, marjoram, bay leaf and pepper. Stir it. Bring to boil. Stir in noodles, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. Stirring until noodles cooked. Remove bay leaf and serve.
