Beef Soup Recipe

This Beef Soup-Recipes is very easy to make. This is one of my favorite soup, its taste great and fabulous.
Ingredients To prepare 1 pound of cubed stew meat, 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp of shortening, 1 tsp of salt, 1/8 tsp of ground black pepper, 4 cups of water, 1 onion (peeled and finely diced), 1/4 tsp of paprika, 1 clove garlic (minced), 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, 1 bay leaf, 3 carrots (peeled and quartered), 3 potatoes (peeled and quartered), 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour and 1/2 cup of frozen corn kernels. The Making Firstly, dredge beef in flour. Prepare a medium stock pot, brown beef on all sides of shortening. Add in pepper, salt, water, onion, paprika, garlic, bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil and reduce heat, simmer for about 2 hours. Add in potatoes and carrots and simmer for another 45 minutes. Remove bay leave and meat from stew. You can thicken the soup with cornstarch mixture. Cook for few minutes. Return meat and corn to stew. Heat through and serve.
