This Bean Soup-Recipe is very easy to make. Great recipe! My sister and I love to have this soup for dinner. Cheers~
Ingredients Well, you shall prepare for 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 large onion (peeled and chopped), 1 celery stalk (chopped), 2 carrots (peeled and chopped), 4 cloves garlic (peeled & chopped), 2 tbsp of chili powder, 1 tbsp of ground cumin, 1 pinch of black pepper, 4 cups of vegetable broth, 4 cans of black beans, 1 can of whole kernel corn, 1 can of crushed tomatoes. The Making Prepare a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute celery, onion, carrots and garlic for about 5 minutes until onion is soft. Add in chili powder, cumin and black pepper, cook for another 1 minute more. Pour in broth, 2 cans of beans and corn. Cover the lid and bring to boil. Meanwhile, prepare a blender, add in 2 cans of remaining beans and tomatoes, puree until smooth. Stir in to boiling soup mixture. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve Hot. YUMMY!!!
