Looking for Basic Fat Burning Soup? You are at the right place. This is a very basic but popular fat burning soup. It will bring amazing result to your diet plan. Ingredients

6 onion, 1 can tomatoes, 1 head cabbage, 2 green peppers, 1 bunch of celery,3 chopped garlic clove & 1 Vegetable Bouillon.

The Making

1). Prepare a big soup pot; clean, cut and put in all the above mentioned ingredients. Fast boiling for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer until all veggies are tender. Done. Very simple, is it? Let's start this diet plan by today :)

To get the best diet result, this soup shall be taken in these methods :

Day 1:

All kind of fruits, except bananas. Eat soup and fruit only. You can drink water, unsweetened tea or cranberry juice.

Day 2:

All kind of veggies. Preferable green leafy veggies. Avoid from beans, peas & corns. Eat soup and veggies only. You can eat a baked potato without butter during dinner. No fruits today.

Day 3:

Eat soup, fruits and veggies today. no potato.

Day 4:

Bananas and skim milk. You can eat 8 bananas and 6 glasses of skim milk. Eat along with soup. No bakes potato.

Day 5:

Beef and tomatoes. You can take 2 steaks & 6 tomatoes. Drink as much as water that you can by today. Eat along with soup. No baked potato.

Day 6:

Beef or lamb & veggies. Eat to your heart's content of the beef or lamb and veggies today. You can take 2 steaks if you like. Eat along with the soup.

Day 7:

Brown rice, unsweetened fruits and veggies. Eat along soup.

By the end of the day, if you follow this plan closely with no cheat, you will lose up to 5kg in 7 days. "Determination" is one of the "Ingredients".
