The Making 1). Prepare a big soup pot; clean, cut and put in all the above mentioned ingredients. Fast boiling for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer until all veggies are tender. Done. Very simple, is it? Let's start this diet plan by today :) To get the best diet result, this soup shall be taken in these methods : Day 1: All kind of fruits, except bananas. Eat soup and fruit only. You can drink water, unsweetened tea or cranberry juice. Day 2: All kind of veggies. Preferable green leafy veggies. Avoid from beans, peas & corns. Eat soup and veggies only. You can eat a baked potato without butter during dinner. No fruits today. Day 3: Eat soup, fruits and veggies today. no potato. Day 4: Bananas and skim milk.
