Avocado-Soup is very good for healthy.

High avocado intake has been proved to have an impact on blood serum cholesterol levels. Specifically, after a seven day diet rich in avocados, hypercholesterolemia patients showed a 17% decrease in total serum cholesterol levels.

This Avocado-Soup is Great either served hot or cold.

Ingredients

(4 servings)

To prepare 1 Haas and ripe Avocado (peeled and removed the seed, cut into few pieces), 2 cups of chicken stock, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1/4 cup of sherry , 2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/8 teaspoon of white pepper

The Making

Prepare a soup pot, pour in chicken stock, cook it until hot (not boiling), set aside. Puree cut avocado in a blender. Add in heavy cream, hot chicken stock, cumin, lemon juice, salt, sherry and white pepper; blend it. Add salt and pepper to taste into the mixture. You can serve immediately or chill for 2 hours and enjoy :)
