Let's make this delicious and healthy soup. It is very simple! Yummy!Healthy Apple-Soup Ingredients To prepare 6 cups of apple pie filling, 2 cups of apple cider, 3 tablespoons of butter / or margarine, 1 Onion (diced), 3 celery stalk (sliced), 3 carrot (diced), 1 1/2 quarts of chicken stock
The Making Prepare a stock pot, put and melt butter or margarine in the stock pot. Saute all veggie until soft (about 3 minutes). Add in chicken stock and apple cider; boil it. Add apple pie filling. Stir mixture and boil it again. Reduce heat and simmer for about half an hour. Serve.
Besides, here to share with you another tasty soup. This apple soup was my Grandma's Favorite Soup. I love it so much! Let's check out. My Grandma's Apple Soup Ingredients (Serve 6) Well, you shall prepare for 16 Apples (chopped), 1/4 cup of Maple syrup, 5 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of Arrowroot, 1/2 tablespoon of Lemon peel (grated), 1 tablespoon of Lemon juice, 1 Inch cinnamon (wrapped in 1/4 cup of White wine), Cheese cloth and 1/2 cup of Sour cream.
The Making Firstly, you shall simmer apples, water, lemon peel, cinnamon, and maple syrup for about 20 minutes. Then, remove cinnamon. Puree soup in blender. Pour the puree into a sauce pan. Remove about a cup of liquid and combine it with arrowroot. When thickened, return to soup. Stir in lemon juice & wine. Heat the soup under medium heat.
